The general leader of the Unitel Mazda MX-5 Cup Poland run by Hankook, Nikodem Wierzbicki, won his 3rd location of the season and 2nd in a row. This time he won certifying on the Slovakian Ring track.
The very first certifying match outside Poland in the Mazda Cup’s two-year history was dipped into the Slovakian Ring track. The chauffeurs made their option of tires an hour prior to the start of the session when the storm struck the station, and all picked the tread tires. By the time of certifying, nevertheless, the weather condition cleared and the surface area was nearly entirely dry. The rivals began contending on low tires.
