Immichenhain– “After a two-year break due to the pandemic, we are all delighted that our well-known town market is happening once again,” stated Michael Kurz. On Sunday, whatever around the fairground not just focused on fall, however the marketplace was likewise the very first Christmas market in the area. The market began at 10 am with services at the fairgrounds. Mayor Jonas Korell opened the celebration. Lots of visitors were musically invited by the Immichenhain trombone choir.

For young visitors there was a flea market and face painting. Fans of classic automobiles can delight in the Porsche-Diesel-Treff, historical cars can be liked. A Jäger squadron from Schwarzenborn participated in a devices presentation. With more than 1000 visitors and around 25 market stalls, the organizer of this year’s market, the town market committee of the Immichenhain celebration, was more than pleased. (Joerg Doeringer)
