Officers from the authorities roadway station stopped a Ford on May 3, 2023 at 10 am on the A650 at the Bruchwiesenstraße junction. The 36- year-old driver revealed indications of regular drug disability throughout the evaluation. A fast drug test validated officers’ suspicions that the 36- year-old was high up on amphetamines. Throughout a subsequent search of the vehicle, policeman discovered a stuff of amphetamines. The drugs were taken.
A blood sample was drawn from the male at the police headquarters and an examination into beverage driving and an infraction of the Drugs Act was introduced.
