On Wednesday, the 84 th District Court of Wexford County provided a public record including the results of different cases heard by the court.

The court adjudicated matters relating to several criminal charges, traffic infractions, and civil suits.

The court sentenced offender M.J.G. to a regard to imprisonment for the offense of running an automobile while intoxicated. Offender J.C. was likewise founded guilty of running an automobile while intoxicated, and was sentenced to a regard to probation.

Defendant A.J.G. was condemned of running an automobile without insurance coverage, a misdemeanor offense of the Michigan Vehicle Code, and was sentenced to pay a fine.

In a civil case, complainant G.L. took legal action against accused D.S. for breach of agreement. After hearing testament and assessing the proof, the court discovered in favor of the complainant and purchased the accused to pay damages.

The 84 th District Court of Wexford County, in accordance with its recognized treatments, rendered decisions in all of the abovementioned matters.
