Dortmund/NRW– Strange occasions occurred in Dortmund on Wednesday night (September 7). An Audi filled with 5 kids and teens aged 12 to 15 years left a path of damage on the port roadway and later on in the northern part of the city. At the wheel: a 12- year-old!
