The habits of the Audi driver in Szczecin can not be called otherwise, as he chose that the Skoda Fabia in front of him is most likely driving what is understood. The “Sunday driver” who takes too long to get to the right of way crossway.
The Audi chauffeurs remained in such a rush that while they were waiting on the Fabia to move, they stopped at the pedestrian crossing. The driver of the very first approaching vehicle did not react, however the 2nd– in front of the required concern Audi unexpectedly stopped.
This just fixed the very first issue. The second was the cars on the. The driver of an approaching ambulance saw the scenario and there was no crash. The ambulance stopped and the Audi driver, with little difficulty, finished the left turn and– most likely really pleased– continued.
Interestingly, the next ambulance was a police vehicle, however maybe the authorities did not see the complete efficiency of the Audi driver and did not step in.
Unfortunately, it is not understood whether the author of the recording provided it to the authorities, and it will deserve it. The Audi driver made a number of errors. Area 86 of the Minor Offenses Act mentions that:
§ 1. Anybody on a public roadway, in a suburb or in a traffic location, without adequate attention, triggers a hazard to the security of the roadway, will be penalized with a fine.
§ 3. In case of dedicating the offense pointed out in § 1 by an individual driving a vehicle, a driving restriction might be bought.
And just the 3rd paragraph in this case can be an ideal penalty …
